Eastern and Western approaches are not opposites; they are two languages that describe the same human longing: to come home to oneself.
I see the East and West not as opposing traditions but as complementary lenses: the West provides the language of trauma, patterns, and attachment, while the East offers insight and practice. Both ultimately ask the same question: how do we move toward a more wholesome state of being?
To me, the east and west are two rivers flowing toward the same ocean, one through insight and practice and the other through intellect. Both guide our journey from fragmentation to wholeness, from illusion to truth, and from suffering to freedom.
I am very passionate about working with people and guiding them through their journeys using an integrative approach.
I am a trauma-informed, inclusive, and soul-centred psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, identity shifts, and major relationship transitions.
My work is grounded in deep listening, emotional attunement, and body-based healing practices. I weave modern psychology with somatic and spiritual frameworks to create a therapeutic space where you feel safe, seen, and supported, a space where your inner landscape can gently open, reveal, and transform.
Whether you’re navigating a life transition, tending to old wounds, or seeking a deeper relationship with yourself, I meet you where you are and walk with you toward where you’re meant to be.
