Project Management Institute (PMI)

During PMI’s leap from analog to digital amidst the global pandemic, we supported employees across six continents. Our work focused on helping individuals and teams pause, recalibrate, and build the inner resilience needed to navigate transformation — fostering purpose, unity, and a mindset ready for change. In just 12 weeks, employee wellbeing improved by nearly 29% and engagement more than doubled. 100% of those at risk of mental health challenges moved to higher levels of well-being. Teams strengthened collaboration, aligned around a shared purpose, and developed the resilience and mindset needed to thrive in uncertainty and drive meaningful innovation.

National India Infrastructure Fund (NIIF)

NIIF, India’s sovereign infrastructure fund, sought to strengthen employee engagement, align leadership with organizational values, and build cohesion across geographically dispersed teams in Mumbai, Delhi, and other locations. Through leadership sessions, values assessments, and group coaching at the Goa offsite, employees reconnected with NIIF’s core values, built stronger cross-office collaboration, and embraced a culture of accountability. As a result, engagement deepened, silos gave way to integrated thinking, and employees aligned around a shared sense of purpose — fostering resilience, inclusivity, and sustained retention in support of NIIF’s long-term mission.

Nurturing Leadership Excellence

C-suite leaders across industries face relentless demands that often leave them feeling disconnected from their leadership, with little space for self-reflection, clarity, or renewal. To address this, we designed a mindfulness and self-reflection retreat that enabled leaders to pause, reconnect with themselves, and realign their leadership with purpose. Participants reported significant increases in self-awareness, strengthened peer relationships, and greater strategic clarity. The retreat fostered a culture of openness, empathy, and mutual support among top executives, replacing isolation with connection and shifting from fixed to growth mindsets. Leaders left with renewed vision, improved relational capacity, and a deeper commitment to personal and organizational transformation.
