The Yogacara Leadership Retreat is not simply about yoga and breathwork. It is a sanctuary of deep listening, a transformative space where leaders pause, realign, and return to what truly matters.

As your facilitator, and as a lifelong student of India’s great yoga and meditation masters, I draw from my own path of entrepreneurship and leadership to hold a safe, nurturing space for you.

As the body softens, so too does the mind. Beyond the noise of thought and daily demands lies a quieter voice within. Deep listening is the practice of attuning to this inner wisdom and to the stillness that connects us all. In this listening, clarity naturally arises, and the path ahead reveals itself with ease.

From this stillness, the breath becomes a bridge between body, mind, and emotion. By cultivating coherent breathing patterns, you restore balance to the nervous system, quiet the mind, and return to a natural state of harmony. Embodied Integration

Transformation deepens when it moves beyond the retreat into daily life.
