The Yogacara experiences are not simply about yoga and breathwork; they are sanctuaries of deep listening — spaces that guide you back to what truly matters.

As your retreat facilitator and a lifelong student of India’s great yoga and meditation masters, I draw on my own journey to hold a safe, nurturing space for you to pause, reconnect with your own truth, and realign with what matters most.

Daily Yoga & Meditation

Through Iyengar yoga and mindful movement, the body becomes a gateway to presence. Each posture is less about performance and more about attunement — a way of listening to what the body reveals and learning to move with flow rather than force. The body is the gateway to the more subtle energy spheres.

Deep Listening

As the body softens, so too does the mind. Beyond the noise of thought and daily demands lies a quieter voice within. Deep listening is the practice of attuning to this inner wisdom and to the stillness that connects us all. In this listening, clarity naturally arises, and the path ahead reveals itself with greater ease.

Breathe Coherence

From this stillness, the breath becomes a bridge between body, mind, and emotion. By cultivating coherent breathing patterns, you restore balance to the nervous system, quiet the mind, and return to a natural state of harmony. In this coherence, you touch the quiet center of your being and the sustaining power of presence.

Embodied Integration

Transformation deepens when it moves beyond the retreat into daily life. Embodied Integration is about carrying these insights forward — grounding them in the body and creating space to practice them even after you return home. In doing so, you are equipped with tools to live in flow, with greater clarity, resilience, and intention.
